At 8.00 we depart jointly by bus from Stockholm Central Bus Station (Cityterminalen) to Artipelag which is located in Gustavsberg, 20 min from the center of Stockholm in the archipelago. WorkScape event staff will greet you at the entrance located at Klarabergsviadukten 72 from 7.45 and direct you to the bus.
To start our day, we’ll savor a traditional Swedish breakfast, setting the stage for a day of insightful discussions. During breakfast, you’ll have the opportunity to network with fellow attendees.
After breakfast, we will transition to the Artist Room, where you will be seated according to your assigned group and warmly welcomed by our event moderators, Ulrika Hedlund, CEO of Storyals, and Marie-Louise Adlercreutz, CEO of Innoverto.
This first session will be an inspiring start, setting the stage for a day filled with valuable insights and engaging discussions on the opportunities and challenges facing leaders pioneering the digital workplace.
Joacim Damgard is Microsoft’s President for Western Europe. In the keynote panel he will share insights into Microsoft's partnership with OpenAI and the enormous investments being made to advance AI technologies within the digital workplace.
Anna Felländer is the founder and CEO of anch.AI, a SaaS B2B platform for responsible AI governance. In the keynote panel, Anna will be sharing her perspective on the critical importance of responsible AI governance.
Malin Blomberg is the CEO of Zimply, a leader in intelligent automation and AI assistants. In the keynote panel, she will enlighten us with her perspective of how AI assistants will be a natural part of our digital workplace.
Predrag Mitrovic, Information Security Officer at SEB, and accomplished author, will share his perspective on the critical importance of AI security and share strategies for how to safeguard sensitive information.
After the keynote panel and a short pause, we will regather for round-table discussions on the topic, “Realizing the Board’s AI Vision for Your Digital Workplace.” This session will be facilitated by Henrik Byström, one of Sweden’s leading experts in digitalization. Henrik will share trends and insights on how organizations are effectively implementing AI strategies to align with their board’s vision and engage participants in interactive discussions on driving AI initiatives within your own workplace.
At midday, we'll take a moment to gather for a shared lunch. This interlude will not only offer a chance to indulge in the flavors of Sweden but also further foster connections and conversations amidst the spectacular backdrop of art and nature.
Refreshed and energized after a delightful lunch, we will gather for another round-table discussion on the topic, “A Brain-Focused Perspective on Productivity in a Digital Workplace,” facilitated by Linda Jarnhamn. Linda, an expert in applied neuroscience and brain health, will share practical strategies to enhance productivity by prioritizing cognitive performance in the digital workplace. This session promises to offer valuable insights and interactive discussions on creating healthier, more productive work environments.
Following the session on a brain-focused perspective on productivity, we will transition to an engaging round-table discussion on the topic, “How Modern Collaboration Tools Are Transforming the Digital Workplace,” led by Beatriz Oliveira. Beatriz, the CEO of BindTuning, brings extensive knowledge of modern cloud-based collaboration tools. She will share insights on how these tools are revolutionizing the way we work and encourage discussions on the benefits and challenges of these new tools.
In the afternoon, you will enjoy a delightful Swedish "fika," offering coffee and light refreshments, followed by a rejuvenating group walk at Artipelag, where art meets the tranquility of nature. This break is your chance to enjoy the scenic views, discuss ideas, and network while exploring the exquisite art installations. It’s the perfect setting to unwind and find inspiration in the beauty that surrounds us.
The final facilitated round-table discussion for the day will be on “Strategies and Tactics for Building a Learning Organization,” led by Johan Skoglöf. Johan will share his expertise on fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within organizations. He will discuss practical strategies to encourage knowledge sharing, skill development, and innovation among employees and facilitate dialog amongst attendees.
After a full day of insightful discussions, we invite you to The Van Gogh Experience at Artipelag. This immersive audiovisual experience is a sensory journey, blending technology and art to bring Van Gogh’s masterpieces to life around you. This experience will be followed by drinks on the terrace.

The menu features exquisite dishes that celebrate the finest seasonal ingredients, crafted to delight your palate. As the summer night gently settles, vibrant beats of Swedish DJ Jakko will elevate the spirit, crafting an atmosphere where art, nature, and music blend seamlessly.
At 9 PM, we will gracefully descend to the pier, embarking on a majestic boat journey back to Stockholm City (Strandvägen kajplats 17A). This serene voyage offers the perfect setting to continue our dialogues, surrounded by the enchanting beauty of the Stockholm archipelago.
