7:50 Transportation to Skåvsjöholm

 At 7.50 am we depart jointly by bus from Stockholm Central Bus Station (Cityterminalen) to Skåvsjöholm, which is located in Åkersberga, 30 min from the center of Stockholm, into the archipelago. WorkScape event staff will greet you at the entrance located at Klarabergsviadukten 72 from 7.40 and direct you to the bus. 

8:30 Breakfast mingle

From 8.30 am, we’ll gather for a social breakfast mingle to kick off the day. Enjoy a morning coffee while taking in the panoramic views over the archipelago. During this time, you'll also be introduced to your first round-table discussion group.

Thriving at the speed of change – People and AI at work

 In this session, Mervin Cunningham, Microsoft Employee Skilling Lead for Europe North and South, shares how Microsoft addresses the ongoing challenge of building skills and ensuring employees thrive in the rapid pace of change. Mervin will share current trends and insights - both from Microsoft as well as the market in general. The session is followed by a Q&A, where participants get to have an interactive discussion with Microsoft. 

Customer case – Sparking curiosity to develop AI capabilities at Stena

Ida Lööv, Digital Workplace Manager at Stena, shares how they are building AI skills through numerous initiatives ranging from Copilot Cafés to mentorship programs. What is required from the leadership to spark curiosity and a hunger for embracing new ways of working to accelerate AI adoption. 

This session is followed by a round‑table discussion related to AI adoption initiatives.

Building a People-centric organization in the age of AI

  Ulrika Frimmel, CEO of Brilliant Future will talks about how employee engagement remains one of the strongest drivers of team performance—but the conditions for engagement are rapidly changing. Drawing on insights from Brilliant’s data, this session explores what truly drives engagement in today’s AI-driven workplace and how emerging AI tools can help teams collaborate, focus, and perform at their best. The conversation continues in a round‑table discussion, allowing participants to exchange experiences and perspectives on employee experience and culture. 

Customer story: Global Prompt‑a-thon drives Copilot adoption at Sandvik

  At the end of 2025, Sandvik hosted its first-ever global Prompt-a-thon. For two hours, teams across the world worked on real business challenges – not by writing code, but by learning how to ask better questions using tools like Microsoft Copilot. Hear Hannele Takala, Digital Workplace Professional at Sandvik share the story and lessons learned  

12:30 Lunch

  At midday, we'll take a moment to gather for a shared lunch. This interlude will not only offer a chance to indulge in delicious food but also further foster connections and conversations amidst spectacular views.  

Leveraging the Digital Workplace Skills Framework to assess employee readiness

  In this session, Elizabeth Marsh, Director of Research at Digital Workplace Group (UK), introduces the Digital Workplace Skills Framework - a practical approach to understanding and developing the skills needed to work effectively in today’s digital workplace. Built on the foundations of the EU DigComp framework, the model is designed specifically for real-world digital work and has recently evolved to incorporate AI skills and AI readiness. 

Introducing Storyals Digital Skills Assessment on Microsoft 365 Copilot

 This is followed by insights from Ulrika Hedlund, CEO of Storyals, who shares how digital skills assessments can be translated into targeted learning and sustainable adoption strategies. A round‑table discussion allows participants to explore frameworks, metrics, and real‑world approaches to digital skills development.

14:45 Coffee break & Group activity

In the afternoon, we’ll enjoy a traditional Swedish fika with coffee and light refreshments. We will then have a group activity outdoors while continuing conversations in an inspiring setting. 

Round-table discussion: Agentic AI - From assistants to autonomous workflows

Johan Wallquist, AI Solution Architect at Microsoft, explores the next major shift in AI: moving from copilots and assistants to agentic AI and autonomous workflows that take initiative. The session examines what this means for leadership, governance, and organizational design. The topic is deepened through a round‑table discussion on trust, responsibility, and preparing organizations for more autonomous AI systems.

Human Success in the age of AI

As AI accelerates the pace of change, technology alone will not determine who succeeds - people will. In this session, Rasmus Holst, CEO of Zensai, reframes the future of work through the lens of Human Success: a human‑led, AI‑native approach that puts learning, engagement, and performance at the heart of everyday work. 

17:45 Refreshments & mingle

Filled with new ideas and impressions, it's time to unwind on the terrace for refreshments and mingling. Share your thoughts on the day's events and connect with fellow attendees in a casual atmosphere. 

18:15 Dinner

At 6:15 pm, we will enjoy a seasonal three‑course dinner crafted from carefully selected ingredients, served in a setting designed for relaxed networking and relationship building. 

20:00 Boat ride to Stockholm City

At 8:00 pm, we depart by boat to Strandvägen (kajplats 17A), enjoying a relaxed journey through the archipelago - an ideal setting to continue conversations and reflect on the day.

For international guests

August 28th, 2025

Our international guests are welcomed for a second day at the Microsoft office in Stockholm. The program includes tailored workshops that foster knowledge sharing, collaboration with Microsoft representatives, and exploration of innovative solutions—creating space for deeper discussions, networking, and lasting connections.
